Bin Location Maintenance - Delete Cross Dock Bin

Cross dock bins are bins which are used to hold received items that have been pre-allocated to orders. Use this option to remove all cross dock bins where the stock on hand is zero.

1. Select MAINTENANCE | ITEM MAINTENANCE | BIN LOCATION MAINTENANCE | DELETE CROSS DOCK BIN.

Micronet displays the Delete Cross Dock Bins screen.

2. In the Select warehouse to process multi bins field, enter the warehouse ID for which you want to delete cross dock bins.

You can also press Tab or Enter to select a warehouse.

3. Select the Process button.

Micronet displays a message asking you to confirm that you want to delete cross dock bins for the selected warehouse.

4. Select Yes to continue with the deletion.

Micronet scans all bin locations in the selected warehouse and deletes any cross dock bins where the stock on hand is zero. When it has finished, Micronet displays the following message.

5. Select OK.

Micronet redisplays the Delete Cross Dock Bins screen.

6. Select the Cancel button to return to the main Micronet screen.
